TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction  
Welcome to DELINA YOLANDA ALCHEMY. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to Mentorship, Reiki sessions, workshops, Cacao & Breath experience. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered 
DELINA YOLANDA ALCHEMY provides Life Coaching/Mentorship, Reiki sessions, Cacao and Breath journeys, Workshops & Embodiment Facilitation. All services are delivered in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations.

3. Booking and Payment  
- All sessions must be booked in advance.  
- Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.  
- We accept Stripe, Paypal & cash (if applicable)

4. Cancellation Policy 
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.  
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

5. Health and Safety 
- Clients are required to inform DELINA YOLANDA ALCHEMY of any medical conditions or concerns prior to the session.  
- Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any applicable state laws.

7. Limitation of Liability  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DELINA YOLANDA ALCHEMY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property  
All content provided by DELINA YOLANDA ALCHEMY, including but not limited to written materials, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of DELINA YOLANDA ALCHEMY and may not be used without explicit written permission.

9. Governing Law 
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.

10. Amendments  
DELINA YOLANDA ALCHEMY reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via website.
